Call for Transparency

UAP transparency is a theme that neutrals, skeptics and believers alike can all rally behind. We need less stigma, better (and more) data, and a more open approach to the discourse.

To that end – for US citizens – I highly recommend the following websites:

Declassify UAP
It’s time for the US government to level with the public about UAP. The American people deserve the truth, and can handle the truth.
UAP Caucus: Shaping Policy Together
A platform for community engagement on Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena policy. Join us in connecting the UAP Caucus with the voices that matter most. Explore initiatives, cast your votes, and contribute to meaningful change.

These websites make it obscenely easy to reach out to your local representatives, and let them know UAP transparency is a topic of importance.

🎙️
If you'd like to get to know the people behind these resources, look no further. I had the pleasure of sitting down with the founders of both websites, namely – DeclassifyUAP's Nick Gold and UAPCaucus's Lester Nare.

Elected officials need to hear that their constituents want this to be priority. If we never ask them to put it on their agenda...well, what do you expect to happen?

There's also a bunch of relevant info down below, but I highly recommend checking out the 2 websites above first!

[Start with a polite greeting]

Hello, my name is [Your Name], and I'm a concerned constituent from [Your City].

[Wait for a response or acknowledgment from the representative's office]

I wanted to take a moment to discuss an important issue that's been on my mind. I recently sent an email to [Congressman's Name] expressing my strong support for transparency on the topic of Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena or UAP.

[Pause for the representative's response or to check if they have any questions]

I understand that there may be legislation under consideration that could significantly impact transparency and accountability within government operations and oversight related to UAP. I've been closely following the developments in this area, especially after the July 26 UAP Hearing, where credible witnesses provided testimony under oath.

[Pause to see if the representative wants to comment or if they have any questions]

It's clear from the public testimony and the classified information available to various intelligence committees that this is an issue of great importance. I sincerely hope that [Congressman's Name] considers this topic a top priority. I especially hope that the UAP Disclosure Act language, as sponsored by Senators Schumer and Rounds, is being taken seriously.

[Pause for any response from the representative's office]

I appreciate [Congressman's Name]'s commitment to representing our community's interests, and I'm grateful for the attention given to this matter. I'm hoping to hear back from [Congressman's Name] soon to learn more about their stance on this issue and any actions they plan to take.

[End on a polite note]

Thank you for your time and for listening to my concerns. Have a great day.

Subject:
Ensuring Transparency and Accountability – Support for Division G of HR 2670 and S.Amdt 935 (as originally put forth in S.Amdt.797 to S.2226)

Email Body:
Dear [Congressman's Name],

I trust this email finds you well. I am writing as a concerned constituent from [Your City] to express my strong support for Division G of HR 2670 and S.Amdt 935 (as originally put forth in S.Amdt.797 to S.2226). I believe that this legislation holds crucial significance in promoting transparency and accountability within government operations and oversight.

The proposed legislation centers around the establishment of the "Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena Records Collection" at the National Archives and Records Administration. Its foundations are based on credible reports and a purpose that underscore the importance of preserving government records related to unidentified anomalous phenomena. The legislation also emphasizes the presumption of immediate public disclosure with regards to these records, a step that addresses current shortcomings in the historical systems and reviews.

By ensuring public accessibility to these records, I am convinced that Division G of HR 2670 and S.Amdt 935 (as originally put forth in S.Amdt.797 to S.2226) is not only a much-needed first step towards greater transparency but also an avenue towards deepening our understanding of these phenomena, contributing to our national security and scientific progress.

I kindly request your consideration in supporting Division G of HR 2670 and S.Amdt 935 (as originally put forth in S.Amdt.797 to S.2226). Your support would align with the values of transparency and accountability, and it would contribute to the broader goal of increasing trust by providing the public with access to relevant governmental information.

Thank you for your unwavering commitment to representing the interests of our community. I am grateful for your attention to this matter.

Sincerely,

Chairman Comer's office: (202) 225-3115

Hello, I am calling today about Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP). May I share a message for Chairman Comer?

(The staffer's response may vary, either with a confirmation or by inquiring about your status as a constituent.)

I respectfully urge, Chairman Comer, to take action in establishing a bipartisan Select Committee on UAP, as proposed by members of the House Oversight Committee. For the role of Committee Chairman, I strongly recommend Congressman Mike Gallagher, given his background as a military veteran with intelligence experience. His dedication to treating the UAP issue seriously and advocating for transparency underscores the urgency of this matter.

The American people, and quite frankly people around the world, are seeking answers, and it's imperative that we address this matter seriously. A democracy without oversight dies in darkness.
